His staying power has positioned hims as not only an industry staple, but also as a well-known fixture, and a go-to man for those in need of superior/reliable products, facts, and no-BS answers. As CEO, Shawn has one mission: Ask about the customer's goals and obstacles, then custom tailor solutions and deliver a superior product without hurting the bottom line. In Shawn's own words, “I’m not here to burn bridges, I am here to build long-term partnerships”.
Eric Kerker
COO
Eric has led large teams of people from some of the most recognizable brand names globally, including Oakley Sunglasses. Eric's passion for growing base margins and sales as well as founding new companies led him to a startup at Urban Horticulture Supply (UHS) and later to Hydrobay. At ILUMINAR, Eric works directly with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to bring the entire business together in a modern tech-savvy world. Eric is the glue that connects everything in order to bring new applications and technology into the business.
Alexandre Mayer

Alex is a store owner, grower and consultant based out of in British Columbia, fluent in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. Alex has a thorough understanding of the horticultural world and the needs of both small and large-scale growers, giving him a unique opportunity to bring the ILUMINAR brand to new emerging markets like Mexico, Colombia, Barcelona, and soon parts the EU and Africa. Alex currently supports the Canadian retail market with coverage from BC to New Brunswick.

Scott is a well-known figure in the industry and one of the earliest success stories in the Michigan and Colorado Markets more than 15 years ago. Having worked in several ancillary companies after leaving the retail channel, Scott's large client base makes him a critical connector. In a short time, Scott has made his presence known as a brand rep and his market savvy insights show our clients that he's is here to provide industry knowledge and facts -- not simply a sales pitch.
